WHAT IS 'THE COOKIE JAR'?
The Cookie Jar is a gourmet cookie experience. Each cookies weighs about 5.5 ounces! In making The Cookie Jar, we really wanted to create an experience. We always say "we don't just want to ship cookies in cellophane bags and plain old white bakery boxes." Essentially, we wanted to create a gourmet experience to accompany our gourmet cookies. We personally designed each box - everything from the custom packaging to the gold and white decorative paper in each cookie box. We truly are so proud of the product and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL COOKIES?
At this time, we offer one product - "The Cookie Jar." The Cookie Jar comes with six individually wrapped cookies. No less, no more. The Cookie Jar is completely customizable, meaning you can pick and choose which six flavors you'd like in your box.
However, we do offer individually wrapped cookies for orders of 80 or more cookies.
DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE US?
Yes! We can ship anywhere in the Continental US (we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada). You have the option to ship via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select. Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping carriers have been experiencing delays. If your order is time sensitive, or if you'd like your cookies as fresh as possible, we recommend choosing the fastest shipping method at checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS DELAYED?
Unfortunately, we cannot control the delivery times of the shipping carriers. Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers have been experiencing delays. This should be understood when placing your order. However, as a courtesy, if your cookies arrive later than your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will offer you 10% off your next purchase!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we are only shipping to the Continental US (we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada).
DO YOU GUYS OFFER A GLUTEN FREE OPTION?
We do not. We would love to offer gluten free options in the future though!
IS THERE A PICK UP OR DELIVERY OPTION?
No, we only ship our cookies.
HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER DO THE COOKIES SHIP?
Because our cookies are made to order, please expect a 2-3 day turnaround before your cookies are shipped. We currently have three shipment days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). If your order ships on a Friday, please account for weekend days when estimating your delivery date. Once your shipping label is printed, you will receive your tracking number via email or text (depending on the contact method entered at checkout). Once your order ships, you will be able to track the delivery status of your cookies via the UPS tracking number provided to you.
WHERE DO YOU BAKE YOUR COOKIES?
WE MOVED! We are now baking out of a commercial kitchen in Delray Beach, FL.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We offer refunds based on the particular circumstances. If an issue was caused by the shipping carrier, we do NOT offer refunds as anything that happens with the carrier is beyond our control. However, if its an issue caused by us, we will most definitely make things right!
